Halloween Events Near The Shoreline

Here at The Shoreline, we’re excited that Halloween is just around the corner! Looking for ways to celebrate nearby? With tons of holiday-themed events and activities happening in and around Miami, we’ve rounded up some of the best local ways to get into the spooky Halloween spirit. Read ahead to learn more! 

Spooky Science Monster Mash

This year marks the 5th annual Spooky Science Monster Mash at Frost Science Museum. On Saturday, October 30th from 11am to 4pm, come to the museum dressed in costume for a series of cool Halloween-themed exhibits, trick-or-treating, and more! Anyone who dresses up receives a complimentary Halloween mini-button and a Frankenstein-inspired cake pop, while supplies last. Find more details here.

     

The Vampire Circus

Returning to South Florida after a successful world tour, The Vampire Circus brings 90 minutes of innovative and surreal performance to nearby Aventura. Described as a “fusion of Tim Burton and Cirque du Soleil,” this family-friendly show provides a night of daredevil acrobatics and entertaining Halloween-themed antics. Haunted Halloween Costume Party at The W Miami

Hoping to celebrate Halloween at a posh Miami hotel? Look no further than this year’s Haunted Halloween Costume Party at The W Miami. On Saturday, October 30th, come dressed to impress at one of the city’s best costume parties. Head to the hotel’s luxe rooftop for Halloween drinks, dancing...and some of the best views of downtown Miami. For more information, check here.

       

The Horrorland

The Horrorland is the perfect Halloween activity for those still squeamish about large, in-person events. This drive-through in Aventura invites visitors to explore 8 spooky haunted houses from the comfort of their own car. Running through October 31st, the Horrorland is open Thursday-Sunday, and costumes are encouraged! Find tickets and more information here.

      

Zoo Boo at Zoo Miami

For a family-friendly Halloween experience, head to Zoo Miami on October 30th and 31st from 10am to 3pm for their annual Zoo Boo event! Families and kids ages 12 and under are invited to trick-or-treat in costumes, participate in costume contests, meet special characters, make Halloween crafts, see the zoo’s wild animals get their Halloween goodies, and more!
