Download the RentCafé Resident App 

Free and easy to use, download the RentCafé Resident App today for the easiest way to manage rent payments and submit maintenance requests. Find the app available on both the App Store and Google Play. Once downloaded, you’ll be able to search for The Shoreline, register, and access everything you need right from your phone. Rent payment and maintenance orders can also be processed by visiting the resident portal on our website and creating an account.

Create a Luxer One Package Account  

To receive packages using our secure package system, residents of The Shoreline must create a Luxer One account. The Shoreline’s Luxer One locker system ensures you’ll never miss a delivery, and keeps packages safe and sound with leading smart technology. Visit the Luxer One website to create an account with step-by-step instructions. Should you need any assistance retrieving packages, The Shoreline’s 24/7 concierge service is always ready to help.
